March 03 Debbie - Still doing good!Now I have a new tracker, hopefully this one will work for me. I have now lost 25 pounds. I am still doing pretty good. 2 more pounds this week!!! February 26 I'm doing good!Even though the tracker does not want to work for me today! I have lost 22 pounds! I have started the water aerobics class with Erin and we have been trying to walk as much as we can. I think we are both on the right track and we are going to reach our goals!!! February 14 Debbie - 20 poundsSo far I have lost 20 pounds. This 20 pounds has been a nightmare! The scale seems to be stuck and does not want to move! I have been under a lot of stress lately and I know that's not helping. It's so great to have stress as an excuse for everything. I'm hoping to keep going like I am and hopefully the scale will move a little faster! We are in the process of selling our house, building a new one and moving so once this is all done I hope I can put more time in on this adventure!!!! Erin is my motivation, she is doing so good!!! January 31 Down another 2lb'sSlow and stead. I keep telling myself that I didn't wake up one day fat! That a slow and steady weight loss is good. That any loss is good. But dang it why is it that you don't realize that you are gaining weight? Why can't losing it be that easy? |
