Debbie - Still doing good!

Now I have a new tracker, hopefully this one will work for me.  I have now lost 25 pounds.  I am still doing pretty good.  2 more pounds this week!!!

I'm doing good!

Even though the tracker does not want to work for me today!  I have lost 22 pounds!  I have started the water aerobics class with Erin and we have been trying to walk as much as we can.  I think we are both on the right track and we are going to reach our goals!!!

Debbie - 20 pounds

So far I have lost 20 pounds.  This 20 pounds has been a nightmare!  The scale seems to be stuck and does not want to move!  I have been under a lot of stress lately and I know that's not helping.  It's so great to have stress as an excuse for everything.  I'm hoping to keep going like I am and hopefully the scale will move a little faster!  We are in the process of selling our house, building a new one and moving so once this is all done I hope I can put more time in on this adventure!!!!  Erin is my motivation, she is doing so good!!!  Smile

Down another 2lb's

Slow and stead.  I keep telling myself that I didn't wake up one day fat!  That a slow and steady weight loss is good.  That any loss is good.  But dang it why is it that you don't realize that you are gaining weight?  Why can't losing it be that easy?Baring teeth  grrr...  Oh well.   This starts week 3 for me at the gym.  I am beginning to notice small changes, I can up my speed on the bike and I have added leg weighs in my water aerobics class yesterday.  It was great to have Debbie join me in class yesterday.   I have tried a few low cal recipes from spark peopel this week that have been good and continue to add more veggies to my diet.  I think I have learned from Paul this week to make sure that I eat all my weight watcher points for the day.   I don't want to gain! Exercise, eat my correct amount of calories, and drink my water!  Stick to the plan.  Positive self talk each day is key!
